Girls' Night is the debut book of photographer Eimear Lynch. Released in May 2024, the project documents teenage girls across Ireland getting ready for and going to teen discos.

Shot over a year, the series offers an intimate and empathetic portrait of adolescence, capturing moments of friendship, anticipation, self-expression and vulnerability. Through richly coloured photographs, Lynch explores the rituals of getting ready, revealing how fashion, makeup and performance become part of young women's evolving identities, while creating a nuanced record of contemporary Irish girlhood.

Published by IDEA in 2024, the first edition sold out within a month, leading to a second edition in September 2025. The book was launched at Dover Street Market London, Dover Street Market Paris and Photo Museum Ireland, and has been exhibited at Dover Street Market Paris and Design & Crafts Council Ireland.
